Our group of supervisors assign personnel to stations or tasks and prepare their work schedules. They monitor processes to make sure that the employees are carrying out their tasks correctly. It is their responsibility to monitor the whole manufacturing process and ensure adherence to our production schedule.\nMain responsibilities:\nEnsure production resources are used efficiently to meet production targets.\nAssigns duties, clarifies work expectations, reiterates goals, and reinforces teamwork objectives through daily meetings with staff and crew.\nMeets daily with staff to discuss current production goals and assist in finding solutions to the problems encountered during the manufacturing process.\nApprove employee’s timecards.\nHires, trains, evaluates, and discharges staff, and resolves personnel issues.\nEnsures all production work is completed in a timely manner that respects the timetable agreed to with the customer\nManage production resources to ensure all quality and efficiency standards are respected.\nCoordinates the cross training of staff and crew to ensure effective operations during unforeseen staffing shortages.\nIdentifies training gaps in staff and crew and coordinates any external training that may be necessary.\nDocument & maintain traceability in accordance with all quality standards, such as AS9100 and NADCAP.\nAssesses overall quality of manufacturing processes and makes appropriate corrections in activities or systems to meet targeted goals.\nTrain new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow safety procedures\nOur ideal candidate:\nCollege degree or equivalent experience\n2+ years of CNC Machining production management \n5+ years of production management experience\nEfficient use of computer based data entry systems such as MS Office\nWork culture and environment:\nAre you known as an innovation driver?
