This role collaborates closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nInspect, troubleshoot, and evaluate customer product concerns to determine the most effective repair solution.\nDocument findings and submit inspection reports within 48 hours of the site visit.\nCommunicate recurring product issues and potential product improvement opportunities.\nPerform product installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance on windows, doors, and related components.\nInstall prefabricated parts and hardware, including weather stripping, trim, glass, locks, and handles.\nProtect customers’ homes and property by using boot covers, tarps, drop cloths, and other protective materials as needed.\nMaintain clean and organized work areas, leaving all job sites free of debris upon completion.\nClearly communicate warranty policies, procedures, and repair recommendations to customers.\nReview upcoming schedules in advance and proactively address any potential conflicts.\nNotify customers and the Customer Service Coordinator immediately of any schedule changes.\nConduct quality-control inspections on incoming materials before jobs are scheduled.\nAssist with product and service training for members of the construction community.\nMaintain company vehicles, equipment, tools, and inventory in a clean, professional condition.\nManage expenses responsibly and submit all receipts and documentation by the end of each billing cycle.\nComplete all required training assignments.\nDemonstrate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all aspects of the job.\nAdhere to company policies, safety standards, and performance expectations.\nQualifications\nTo be successful in this role, candidates should possess:\nA valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.\nThe ability to work independently and manage time effectively.\nStrong organizational, communication, and project management skills.\nGeneral mechanical aptitude and carpentry skills.\nExcellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.\nA self-motivated, flexible, and dependable work ethic.\nExceptional customer service skills with a sense of urgency and professionalism.\nThe ability to remain patient, diplomatic, and solution-oriented in challenging situations.\nA professional appearance and positive attitude that reflects the company’s values.\nEducation & Experience\nLicensed builder/contractor experience is a plus.\nOne to two years of experience in the millwork, construction, or building materials industry preferred.\nAn equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.\nAndersen DSN Certification, obtained either prior to employment or through company-sponsored training after hire.\nIf you enjoy hands-on work, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply and become part of a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and customer satisfaction.\n\nPay Range: $19 -
