The Compensation Analyst will provide analytical and administrative support to drive business performance and ensure maximum return on the company's investment in employee compensation. Position responsibilities include plan modeling, ROI analysis, systems implementation/programming, plan communication, and daily administration support for assigned incentive programs.\nThe starting salary is $60,000.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAdminister, design, and maintain periodic incentive plans through Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) Software.\n\nRespond to inquiries from People Partners, managers and employees (e.g., regarding incentive programs, calculations, goals, and crediting rules)\n\nPerform regular and ad hoc reporting and analyses related to incentive design, cost, performance, and compliance.\n\nPrepare documentation of plans, training materials, and communications\n\nEnsure accuracy and integrity of assigned plans in ICM Software.\n\nManage projects related to implementation, communication, and the day-to-day administration of incentive plans.\n\nConduct regular compensation compliance audits.\n\nProvide data and recommendations to support decisions regarding plan status, performance, and plan management.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n0-2 years’ experience in Incentive Compensation, Compensation, People Operations, or related field, preferred\n\nBachelor’s in Business, Finance, Mathematics, or related field, preferred\n\nStrong technical proficiency with data analysis and modeling; specific experience with ICM software, specifically Varicent, preferred\n\nProficiency in MS Office Excel, required\n\nFamiliarity with financial concepts and ability to learn new systems and processes\n\nDemonstrate attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to perform extensive data validation using automated tools\n\nAbility to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations\n\nFlexible and adaptable;
