This leader is responsible for the strategic planning, prioritization, escalation, implementation, and general oversight of Revenue Management system initiatives. You will be a key liaison between stakeholders to drive alignment and successful execution of Hertz’s strategic goals. This position is also responsible for communicating and presenting tradeoff and sequencing decisions as well as highlighting areas that are not moving according to plan.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nVision & Strategy\nAct as the quarterback by bridging strategy & execution: translating strategic objectives into executable program plans and prioritized initiatives\nWork with leadership to set strategic goals and objectives for the program while focusing on the North Star, but also helping to find value in the near term\nStakeholder Collaboration\nCultivate relationships with cross-functional teams such as Revenue Management, Product and IT, to drive alignment and decision-making\nWork with vendors to make sure they are meeting Hertz’ objectives for value, budget and timeline.\nFacilitate governance forums, steering committees, and leadership updates\nExecution & Delivery\nLead end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure\nLead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, creating detailed implementation plans.
