This role ensures BI platforms are scalable, secure, cost-efficient, and operationally excellent-enabling business analytics teams to deliver insights quickly and confidently.\nThis leader focuses on platform engineering, operations, and enablement, and reports to the Sr Director, Data Architecture & Engineering.\nThe starting salary for this position is $170,000, commensurate with relevant experience.\nWhat You'll Do:\nLead the strategy, roadmap, and governance of the enterprise BI and analytics platform ecosystem\nDefine and maintain platform architecture, standards, and integration best practices\nEvaluate, implement, and optimize BI technologies to support business growth and scalability\nOversee BI platform deployment, automation, performance, reliability, and disaster recovery\nDrive operational excellence through Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD processes, monitoring, and service management\nPartner with security and governance teams to ensure appropriate access controls, compliance, and data governance standards\nEnable self-service analytics by providing tooling, templates, documentation, and platform support\nManage platform licensing, vendor relationships, and cost optimization initiatives\nLead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvement efforts\nBuild, develop, and mentor high-performing BI platform and technical services teams\nEstablish operating models, performance expectations, and career development pathways for team members\nCommunicate platform strategy, health, risks, and roadmap progress to executive stakeholders\nCollaborate across technology, analytics, and business teams to translate platform investments into measurable business outcomes\nFoster a culture of innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused service delivery\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required\n10+ years of leadership experience in BI, analytics, data platforms, or related technologies\nDeep expertise with modern BI platforms, semantic layers, cloud technologies, and enterprise integrations\nProven success leading enterprise-scale BI environments and platform teams\nExperience with AI/ML, embedded analytics, multi-platform BI ecosystems, or regulated business environments is a plus\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization\nDemonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams while driving operational excellence and organizational change\nStrategic, results-oriented thinker with strong problem-solving, decision-making, and execution capabilities\nAdaptable and effective in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership\nWhat You’ll Get:\nPaid Time Off\nMedical, Dental & Vision plan options\nRetirement programs, including 401(k) employer matching\nPaid Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance\nEmployee Assistance Program for employees & family\nEducational Reimbursement & Discounts\nVoluntary Insurance Programs -
