As the team grows, so does the scope of what you can take on.\nYour Mission\nProject Leadership - Lead large, cross-functional projects independently from initiation to closure, including planning, governance, steering committees and stakeholder management.\nProblem Solving - Facilitate and actively participate in problem-solving sessions to drive project success \nProject Recovery - Take over projects that have drifted off course or lost their lead, diagnose what went wrong and re-establish structure as interim or permanent lead.\nStakeholder Management - Navigate demanding situations with senior leadership and across departments and prepare well-founded decisions for steering committees.\nQuality and Coaching - Support department-led projects as quality assurance and sparring partner and coach project managers on their deliverables.\nStandards and Methods - Contribute to our project management standards, templates and training formats, and turn project experience into reusable methods.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.\nSeveral years of experience independently leading complex, cross-functional projects with full ownership from initiation to closure.\nExperience working with senior stakeholders and navigating conflicting interests across departments.\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills.\nExperience taking over or stabilising projects already in progress.\nAbility to work independently, propose solutions and make decisions within your remit.\nBusiness-level communication skills in German and English (C1).\nExperience in applying common project management tools, e.g. for task and milestone tracking.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with an ERP or comparable large-scale system implementation.\nIPMA Level C or equivalent.
