This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership in the Operations COE -- driving recruiting performance, influencing hiring decisions, and ensuring consistent execution.\nSuccess in this role is defined by the ability to elevate team capability, drive measurable hiring outcomes, and build trusted stakeholder relationships that position Talent Acquisition as a critical enabler of business growth.\nSalary: $90,000/year + 10% annual bonus and a company vehicle.\nLocation: This position is hybrid and can be based in any major large market.\nTravel: This position will require 20% travel for events as needed.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nLead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement. \nDrive hiring results by overseeing recruiter productivity, requisition distribution, pipeline health, quality of hire, and achievement of hiring goals. \nLeverage recruiting metrics and KPIs to assess performance, identify opportunities, and implement data-driven solutions. \nPartner with business leaders, Workforce Planning, HR Business Partners, and Hiring Managers to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives and workforce needs. \nDevelop and execute scalable recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse markets and business functions. \nUtilize labor market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights to continuously enhance recruiting effectiveness. \nChampion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through consultative partnerships, proactive communication, and service excellence. \nEnsure compliance with recruiting policies, processes, and regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity and operational consistency. \nBuild trusted relationships across the organization, positioning Talent Acquisition as a strategic advisor and business partner. \nDrive continuous process improvement through feedback, best practices, and operational excellence initiatives.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n6+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering hiring results and business impact. \n3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams in a high-volume or multi-market environment. \nProven ability to drive team performance through data-driven decision-making, performance metrics, accountability, and coaching. \nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization. \nExperience developing and executing scalable talent acquisition strategies to meet evolving business and workforce needs. \nAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage recruiting data and market insights to inform strategy and drive outcomes. \nExceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach. \nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while effectively managing competing priorities and changing business demands.\nWhat You’ll Get:\nUp to 40% off the base rate of any standard Hertz Rental \nPaid Time Off\nMedical, Dental & Vision plan options\nRetirement programs, including 401(k) employer matching\nPaid Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance\nEmployee Assistance Program for employees & family\nEducational Reimbursement & Discounts\nVoluntary Insurance Programs -
