A Day in the Life: We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Project Manager to lead delivery of customer-facing products and support transformation initiatives across web, mobile, and platform experiences. This role is responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects involving product enhancements, new feature launches, application modernization, systems integration, and business readiness activities that improve the end-to-end customer journey. The ideal candidate combines strong project governance and delivery leadership with a deep understanding of product development, user experience, and data-driven decision-making engagements, and customer satisfaction outcomes What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of customer-facing product projects across web, mobile, e-commerce, self-service, or account experiences. Build and manage integrated roadmaps for feature releases, platform enhancements, modernization efforts, and customer experience improvements. Partner with product management, engineering, UX/UI, QA, analytics, marketing, operations, and support teams to align priorities and execute launches successfully.
