At Heven, your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and your contributions make a tangible impact as you grow through hands-on experience and collaboration across the team.\nRole Summary\n The Business Development Intern will support Heven AeroTech's Growth and Business Development team by assisting with market research, customer and industry analysis, opportunity identification, pipeline management, and business development activities. This position provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced aerospace and technology environment and offers the opportunity to learn how organizations identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives.\nThe ideal candidate is curious, organized, analytical, and comfortable communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.\nEssential Responsibilities\nConduct market, industry, customer, and competitor research to support business development initiatives.\nAssist in identifying and researching potential customers, partners, and business opportunities.\nSupport the development and maintenance of business development pipelines, opportunity trackers, and customer databases.\nResearch government, commercial, and international opportunities relevant to Heven's products and capabilities.\nAssist with monitoring industry news, market trends, customer priorities, and emerging opportunities.\nPrepare research summaries, briefing materials, presentations, and other business development materials.\nSupport the preparation of customer meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other business development activities.\nAssist with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities.\nSupport the development of company, customer, and competitive profiles.\nCollaborate with Business Development, Capture, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.\nParticipate in team meetings and business development strategy discussions.\nAssist with special projects and other initiatives supporting organizational growth.\nMaintain confidentiality when handling customer, company, and business development information.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Communications, International Business, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong research, analytical, and organizational skills.\nAbility to gather information from multiple sources and summarize findings clearly.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nProfessional and confident communication skills.\nEagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in English (spoken and written) is required to perform the responsibilities of this role.\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
