At Heven, your voice matters, your ideas are heard, and your contributions make a tangible impact as you grow through hands-on experience and collaboration across the team.\nRole Summary\n The HR & Recruiting Intern will support the People Operations and Recruiting teams by assisting with talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administrative processes. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle while offering practical experience in a fast-paced aerospace and technology environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business Operations.\nEssential Responsibilities\nAssist with recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.\nSupport the management of applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation.\nAssist with onboarding activities, including preparing new hire materials and coordinating pre-employment requirements.\nHelp maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation in accordance with company policies.\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.\nConduct research and assist with HR projects, process improvements, and reporting activities.\nPrepare spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials to support People Operations initiatives.\nParticipate in recruiting, HR, and cross-functional team meetings.\nMaintain confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.\nPerform other duties and special projects as assigned.\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nCurrently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.\nEagerness to learn and contribute to a growing organization.\nProficiency in English (spoken and written) is required to perform the responsibilities of this role.\nThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
