The role combines applied AI/ML knowledge, software engineering skills, and a strong understanding of GTM workflows to deliver practical, business-impacting solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\n AI Application Development\nBuild internal applications using LLMs and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).\nIntegrate AI into GTM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Outreach, Google Sheets, etc.\nDevelop scripts and automations for data enrichment, copy assistance, and reporting.\nPrototyping & Experimentation\nRapidly test new AI models and APIs, validate feasibility, and create MVPs.\nEvaluate and document performance, accuracy, and usability for GTM use cases.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Marketing, Sales, and BizOps teams to capture pain points and translate them into AI-driven solutions.\nProvide demos, documentation, and training to internal users.\nOperational Support\nMaintain and optimize deployed tools.\nEnsure compliance, data privacy, and reliability in AI-driven workflows.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou’ve delivered 2-3 working AI prototypes that GTM teams actively use.\nYou’ve automated or optimized at least 2 GTM workflows, saving time and improving accuracy.\nYou’ve documented solutions in a way that makes them scalable and transferable.\nYou’ve demonstrated measurable impact on GTM productivity (hours saved, efficiency gains, improved decision-making).\nWhat We’re Looking For\nKnowledge & Skills:\nStrong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (NLP, LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering).\nProficiency in Python and working with APIs (REST/GraphQL).\nExperience with prototyping tools/frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Streamlit, or similar).\nFamiliarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker).\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly prototype creative solutions.\nUpto 5 years of experience in building end-to-end applications \nAbilities:\nTranslate messy GTM data into usable inputs for AI models.\nMap AI outputs into real-world GTM workflows and processes.\nCommunicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nBalance speed of
