The Role

As a Sales Manager - US, you will own the aggregate revenue quota of your Account Executive team and drive predictable growth across the US market through pipeline generation, deal execution, forecasting, and coaching.

You will join Hevo at an exciting stage of growth, helping companies build the data foundation needed to become AI-ready. Someone with strong experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, selling to the US market from India, will be especially well-positioned to succeed in this role, with the opportunity to build a high-performing team and deepen expertise across data, analytics, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the annual revenue target for the US market through effective pipeline, forecast, and deal management.
• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives through regular 1:1s, deal reviews, call coaching, and performance management.
• Build a predictable pipeline across inbound, outbound, and expansion sales motions.
• Drive execution of complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles and support the team on strategic deals.
• Establish and improve sales processes, operating rhythms, methodologies, and performance metrics to drive consistent execution.
• Hire and develop high-performing sales talent and build a strong, accountable, and high-performance team culture.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Pre-sales, Product, and Engineering to improve sales effectiveness and customer outcomes.
• Identify and implement improvements across sales processes, tools, and workflows to increase team productivity and revenue.
• Use sales data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities and refine the US sales strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years sales experience with 4+ years managing quota-carrying teams
• Proven track record in databases, ETL, or Business Intelligence sales (Good to have)
• Deep expertise in end-to-end global sales across Inbound/Outbound/Expansion plays
• 4+ years building and managing high-performance sales teams (Must have)
• Experience developing strategies in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong operational and process improvement capabilities
• Passion for technical products and data-driven decision making
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
