We're looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and observability of the infrastructure that makes that possible - a senior, hands-on engineer who can both operate at depth in AWS and Kubernetes and set technical direction for the broader Platform/DevOps function.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn end-to-end reliability, scalability, and performance of Hevo's production infrastructure on AWS, GCP and Kubernetes\n\nDesign and evolve our observability stack - metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLIs/SLOs, and error budgets\n\nLead incident management: on-call rotations, blameless postmortems, and systematically reducing MTTA/MTTR\n\nDrive infrastructure-as-code practices (Terraform, Ansible) and own CI/CD pipeline design\n\nArchitect and operate Kubernetes clusters at scale - upgrades, autoscaling, cost optimization, multi-tenant workloads\n\nOwn network architecture and security posture for cloud infrastructure (VPCs, load balancers, service mesh, zero-trust networking)\n\nPartner with product engineering teams to embed reliability and operational excellence into the software lifecycle\n\nMentor and uplevel other platform engineers;
