The ideal candidate combines executive presence, business acumen, supply chain knowledge, analytical rigor, and organizational leadership to enable a best-in-class planning organization operating in a highly dynamic and supply-constrained environment.\nThe role acts as the connective tissue across Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Commodity Planning, Finance, Procurement, Sales Operations, IT/Digital, and Manufacturing partners to ensure alignment between operational execution, financial objectives, and long-term transformation goals.\nThis individual will lead strategic planning rhythms, executive communications, organizational governance, digital transformation coordination, KPI management, operating model development, and executive-level business reviews while driving accountability and operational excellence across the organization.\nResponsibilities\nStrategic Leadership & Executive Partnership\nServe as strategic advisor and Chief of Staff to the Sr. Director of Supply Planning, helping define organizational priorities, operating models, and long-term transformation strategy.\nDrive execution of the organization’s strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment between business objectives, financial goals, operational plans, and digital transformation initiatives.\nLead executive-level preparation for business reviews, QBRs, operating reviews, SIOP governance, financial reviews, and leadership communications.\nTranslate complex operational and supply chain topics into concise executive-ready insights, recommendations, and decision frameworks.\nDrive organizational prioritization, escalation management, and cross-functional alignment in highly dynamic business environments.\nSupply Chain & Business Operations\nPartner across Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Procurement, Finance, Sales Operations, and Manufacturing teams to improve planning effectiveness, inventory optimization, service attainment, and execution discipline.\nSupport the transition from traditional demand-driven planning processes toward more supply-driven and scenario-based planning capabilities.\nLead business cadence management including staff meetings, KPI reviews, strategic initiatives, organizational action tracking, and operational follow-through.\nIdentify operational risks, process gaps, and execution barriers while driving mitigation plans and executive visibility.\nFinancial & Business Acumen\nSupport financial alignment across inventory, E&O, cost optimization, service attainment, and operational investment strategies.\nDevelop executive-level business cases, scenario modeling, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations for leadership decision-making.\nPartner with Finance and Supply Chain leadership to improve visibility into operational performance drivers and financial implications.\nDrive organizational KPI frameworks with clear accountability, performance measurement, and operational transparency.\nOrganizational Effectiveness & Leadership\nImprove organizational operating rhythm. communication flow, accountability, structures, and decision-making effectiveness\nLead cross-functional initiatives involving senior leadership stakeholders across multiple business organizations.\nMentor teams and influence leaders across all organizational levels without direct authority.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, simplification, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nPay & Benefits\nThe pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional\nopportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United\nStates of America candidates only).
