The individual will be responsible for developing advanced dashboards and reporting solutions, generating product lifecycle insights, identifying business opportunities, and building AI-powered agents that help drive faster and more effective decisions across the Commercial Product Management organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analytics & Visualization\nAnalyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and business insights across product portfolios and lifecycle stages.\nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.\nMonitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product lifecycle management, business performance, profitability, supply, inventory, and market demand.\nEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and availability across reporting environments.\nDevelop automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nArtificial Intelligence & Automation\nLeverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Tableau AI, and other Generative AI technologies to accelerate analytics and decision-making.\nDesign, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents that provide product lifecycle insights, recommendations, and suggested actions.\nIdentify opportunities to automate recurring analytical tasks and business processes.\nPartner with business stakeholders to implement AI-driven solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.\nProduct Lifecycle Analytics & Business Partnership\nGenerate actionable insights to support product planning, lifecycle management, launch readiness, portfolio optimization, and commercial execution.\nGather and translate business requirements into analytical solutions and recommendations.\nCollaborate with Product Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to define and track key business metrics.\nAnalyze market, inventory, profitability, forecast, and supply data to identify risks and opportunities.\nPresent insights, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decisions.\nSupport business reviews, planning cycles, and ad hoc analytical requests.\nKnowledge & Skills\nAdvanced proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.\nStrong knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and dashboard development.\nExperience with SQL, Python and database concepts.\nExperience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Tableau AI, and other Generative AI platforms.\nExperience developing AI agents, copilots, chatbots, or workflow automation solutions is highly desirable.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to connect analytics to business outcomes.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.\nEducation & Experience\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or a related field.\nProven experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.\nFluent English for communication with team members across the globe;\nPreferred\nExperience supporting Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain organizations.\nExperience building AI-powered agents, copilots, automation workflows, or predictive analytics solutions.\nRelevant certifications in Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Data Analytics, or AI technologies.\nJob -\nMarketingSchedule -\nFull timeShift -\nNo shift premium (United States of America)Travel -\nRelocation -\nEqual Opportunity Employer (EEO)-\nHP, Inc. provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and prospective employees, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, sexual orientation, age, disability, or status as a protected veteran, marital status, familial status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, pregnancy, genetic predisposition or carrier status, uniformed service status, political affiliation or any other characteristic protected by applicable national, federal, state, and local law(s).\nPlease be assured that you will not be subject to any adverse treatment if you choose to disclose the information requested.
