Join us and redefine what’s next for you.\nWhat you will do:\nConduct user research, journey mapping, interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand user needs, friction points, and workflow opportunities.\nDesign AI-assisted workflows, conversational experiences, prompts, interaction patterns, and prototypes that improve usability and productivity.\nCreate employee and partner experience journeys that connect business processes, tools, data, and AI capabilities.\nDevelop wireframes, prototypes, service blueprints, design concepts, and experience standards using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.\nApply design thinking and service design methods to translate complex process and AI capabilities into simple user experiences.\nCollaborate with business architects, product/delivery leads, technology teams, and adoption leads to ensure experience design is integrated into solution delivery.\nSupport accessibility, inclusive design, WCAG alignment, and responsible AI user interaction principles.\nContinuously gather feedback and improve prompts, workflows, and user experiences based on adoption and usability insights.\nWhat you will bring:\nEducation - any Graduate \n8+ experience \nKnowledge and Skills:\nStrong UX design, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design background.\nExperience designing enterprise workflows, employee experiences, partner experiences, or conversational interfaces.\nProficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.\nUnderstanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG, and inclusive design practices.\nAbility to prototype, test, and iterate user experiences quickly with business and technology stakeholders.\nStrong facilitation, user research, journey mapping, and storytelling skills.\nAbility to design for AI transparency, user trust, prompt quality, and human-in-the-loop workflows.\nAccessibility\nHPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
