Join us and redefine what’s next for you.\nWhat you’ll do:\nResponsibilities:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical discipline.\n8+ years of experience working within software engineering or product development teams.\n3+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and platform operations, including servers, storage, virtualization, and backup technologies.\nProven experience architecting and delivering multiple (3+) customer engagements involving end-to-end automation of infrastructure and application delivery in on-premises or hybrid cloud environments, leveraging DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management at enterprise scale.\nDemonstrated ability to analyze complex technical challenges in a consulting or customer-facing environment and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.\nExperience working in fast-paced, collaborative teams to design and build DevOps-centric platforms and solutions using modern technologies and tools.\nProvide engineering-level support for deployed solutions and platforms, ensuring operational stability and continuous improvement.\nStrong customer focus with the ability to acknowledge, prioritize, and respond promptly to customer requests, issues, and support inquiries.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience in configuration management and infrastructure automation using Chef or Ansible.\nExperience designing and maintaining reusable automation components such as Cookbooks, Roles, modules, and custom resources.\nProficiency in automation-focused programming and scripting, including Ruby or Python, along with Bash and PowerShell.\nStrong knowledge of Kubernetes is mandatory, with hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and operating workloads in production clusters.\nHands-on experience with Helm for packaging, templating, versioning, and managing complex, multi-component Kubernetes applications.\nExperience implementing GitOps-based Kubernetes deployments using tools such as Argo CD, including application synchronization, promotion strategies, and drift management.\nDefined and owned enterprise container build and release architecture, leveraging Docker to standardize image creation, versioning, promotion, and lifecycle management across environments.\nStrong working knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack, and VMware.\nExperience with automated infrastructure and configuration testing using tools such as InSpec, Serverspec, or equivalent.\nStrong experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines, integrating infrastructure automation and Kubernetes deployments with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.\nSolid understanding of modern Git workflows and collaborative development practices in multi-team environments.\nWorking knowledge of REST APIs and building integrations using programmable interfaces.\nBusiness Skills :-\nDemonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.\nEagerness to learn enough about whatever tools or tricks are needed to get the job done.\nInteracting and collaborating across different technology teams within HPE.\nPassion for and ability to design and support robust build, deployment and configuration management systems.\nMust work towards achieving HPE’s vision for our customers.\nAffinity and a thorough understanding of support processes defined within HPE.\nExhibit “Customer First and Customer Last Attitude” consistently.\nDemonstrate high level of technical communication skills.\nExpertise in communicating with customers and intra organization.\nTakes responsibility for end-to-end problem ownership and its solutions.\nWhat you need to bring:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical discipline.\n8+ years of experience working within software engineering or product development teams.\nAccessibility\nHPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
