Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nDeliver end-to-end, high-quality service to Global Client Management (GDC) leadership by coordinating operational activities, enabling governance and cadence, and ensuring effective alignment between Country/Cluster/Regional stakeholders and internal services functions.\nHow you´ll make your mark:\nActs as the internal business operations point of contact (SPOC) for GDC\nPartners closely with SSD leadership to translate strategy into execution, strengthen operational consistency, and ensure the cluster operates efficiently while aligning with broader organizational goals\nActs as a trusted advisor and problem-solver-bringing structure, data, and clarity to complex, cross-functional work\nSupports GCM leadership by coordinating operational activities, enabling governance and cadence, and ensuring effective alignment between stakeholders and internal shared services functions\nThis role is internal-facing, relationship-driven, and focused on operational enablement rather than direct service delivery or people management\nActs as the connector with Finance\nFunctions as an early-warning system for capacity constraints, risks, operational excellence and service-quality issues\nEnsures alignment with SSD POR, readiness, and financial planning\nAbout you:\nBachelor degree or equivalent.\nITIL certification, PMP certification preferable.\nExperience in project/process or ITIL infrastructure management is an advantage.\nCustomer support experience, CSAT-centric “internal” / external.\nFluent in Operations practices - budgeting, Long-Term Planning (LTP), Plan of Record (POR), Business Performance Review.\nIT industry knowledge, Support portfolio, HPE products literate .\nFluent in written and verbal English.\nMS Office.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nExperience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.\nAbility to translate company strategy into execution.\nCountry/Cluster knowledge.\nActive participation in Country/Cluster sessions.\nComfort working with performance metrics, dashboards, and operational data including financial reports.\nProactiveness.\nFinancial/business acumen.\nExecutive level presentation skills.\nAccessibility\nHPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
