Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nWe are seeking a hands-on Cloud DevOps Team Leader to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure for a live cybersecurity SaaS product. You will guide a DevOps team, set technical direction, and own cloud infrastructure strategy across AWS, GCP, and Azure, with a strong emphasis on security, cost-efficiency, and production reliability.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers across design, automation, deployment, and operations.\nArchitect and maintain secure, highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nDesign and implement complex cloud networking infrastructure - VPCs, routing, VPNs, load balancers, firewall rules - across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.\nDrive Infrastructure as Code adoption (Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm) and CI/CD optimization (Argo CD).\nLead production monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting practices to ensure system resilience.\nOversee cloud cost optimization strategies while maintaining system performance.\nEnsure adherence to cybersecurity, compliance (SOC2, ISO27001), and cloud governance best practices.\nWork closely with engineering, product, and security teams to align infrastructure goals with business needs.\nChampion continuous improvement through team mentoring, process enhancements, and technical leadership.\nRequirements:\n10+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, including leadership experience.\nExtensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP in live production environments.\nDeep expertise in cloud networking design (advanced VPCs, VPN peering, routing, firewall rules).\nStrong proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, Python/Bash scripting, and CI/CD pipelines (Argo CD preferred).\nSolid understanding of cloud security architectures and compliance frameworks.\nProven experience leading teams supporting production SaaS platforms in cybersecurity or critical systems.\nStrong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.\nPreferred:\nPrior experience in cybersecurity products\nAdditional Skills:\nCloud Architectures, Cross Domain Knowledge, Design Thinking, Development Fundamentals, DevOps, Distributed Computing, Microservices Fluency, Full Stack Development, Release Management, Security-First Mindset, User Experience (UX)What We Can Offer You:\nHealth & Wellbeing\nWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.\nPersonal & Professional Development\nWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
