Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nAbout the Position:\nThis Engineering Program Manager (EPM) role will be primarily responsible to lead SW Programs within Campus and Branch program mgmt team covering Private 5G and Wireless. EPM will lead a cross-functional team across multiple functions like SW, Test, PLM, Technical publications, customer services and other Application teams driving all the end-to-end deliverables from concept to delivery. There will also be opportunity and requirement to work on HW programs as needed.\nWhat you will do :\nSome of key responsibilities of this role are:\nLead cross functional teams across SW and Cloud programs delivering features\nManage multiple programs simultaneously\nEstablish and manage cross-functional teams across PLM, SW, Systest, Technical publications, customer service to drive deliverables across all the phases in NPI PLC\nIdentify cross-functional interdependencies and risks, and successfully plan and manage those interdependencies and risks\nAdept at leading various levels of team members, managers, and executives to deliver NPI programs\nNeed to update and maintain program status, milestones, budget, risk and program schedule on a regular basis\nCommunicate program status and drive escalations with senior leadership to keep scope, schedule, budget within tolerance\nReview and optimize critical path and schedule considering multiple interrelated projects and any risks that materialize\nLead and drive HW programs and critical initiatives as needed\nThis position requires cross-team coordination, project management and be able to present to executives. This role requires excellent technical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. The candidate needs to be a “go getter” and drive deliverables and issues to closure with high sense of urgency in this face paced environment.\nDemonstrated experience in handling multiple concurrent complex projects from concept stage to delivery\nManage scope, budget estimates (Heacount and Non-headcount), and schedule\nExpert in using JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project/Smartsheet.
