you to make a direct impact on some of the most advanced computing environments in the world.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs an Engineering Resolution Engineer, you will:\nInvestigate, diagnose, and resolve complex hardware-related issues in HPC and AI environments.\n\nPerform root cause analysis and develop effective corrective actions.\n\nSupport customers throughout the entire lifecycle of a service issue, from initial diagnosis through to resolution.\n\nAnalyse system hardware, interconnect, and infrastructure issues.\n\nProvide technical guidance, workarounds, and permanent solutions where possible.\n\nWork closely with Global Remote Support, Manufacturing, Testing, Training, Publications, Support Planning, and R&D teams.\n\nManage escalations to engineering and development teams, ensuring issues are accurately documented and communicated.\n\nSupport both HPE and third-party hardware solutions within customer environments.\n\nMaintain detailed case documentation and provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nAssist with break-fix management through remote troubleshooting and on-site repair coordination.\n\nParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule providing 24x7 support coverage.\n\nTravel periodically to support customer installations, training activities, and remote systems.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for a technically strong individual who enjoys solving complex problems while delivering exceptional customer service.\nEssential Requirements\nBachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\n\nTypically 5-8 years of relevant experience, ideally within an HPC, AI, or enterprise technology environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of Linux and Unix operating systems.\n\nExperience maintaining hardware and software systems.\n\nFamiliarity with diagnostic and debugging tools used for problem isolation.\n\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure whilst managing multiple priorities.\n\nExperience gathering, analysing, and documenting technical data to support issue resolution.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with global teams and technical specialists.\n\nStrong customer-facing and relationship management skills.\n\nTechnical Expertise\nExperience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:\nHardware diagnostics and system troubleshooting.\n\nMechanical systems and component analysis.\n\nElectrical systems and component design.\n\nAir and liquid cooling technologies.\n\nWater chemistry knowledge.\n\nHPC infrastructure and hardware platforms.\n\nEnterprise server, storage, and networking environments.\n\nAdditional Requirements\nWillingness to participate in an on-call rotation.\n\nAvailability to provide after-hours support when required.\n\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.\n\nComfortable working in customer data centre environments.\n\nPhysical agility and mobility to safely perform the duties of the role, including handling and moving equipment, working within technical environments, and lifting equipment weighing over 50lbs (23kg).\n\nStrong commitment to safety
