Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nWe are seeking a HPEFS SEO Program Manager to support our office.\nResponsibilities:\nManages internal projects\nBudget as detailed in Impact section Very large/ complex/ multiple regions or global.\nTypically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors’ vision of an end-state transformation High/ very high risk.\n\nManages project financials including business impact\nMeets or exceeds approved budgets.\nProvides reliable financial forecasts to Management.\n\nManages stakeholder relationships\nManages complex multi- function and/ or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management.\n\nManages project team\nManages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 20 people from multiple regions.\nProvides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors.\nMentors others providing a role model and support for individual development .\n\nEducation and Experience:\nFirst Level University degree.\nAdvanced University degree preferred.\n10+ years in like in project management roles or in like roles/businesses.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nDemonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key Services’ operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.\nHas an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques.\nRecognized as a leader in the Services PM Profession community.\nPMP Certified.\nImpact/Scope:\nContributions have major impact on the company's business (Cost, Efficiency, TCE) generally $7- 20M and/or internal project budget over $5M.\nTypically involves high degree of transformation, (e.g., mergers, divestitures & acquisitions).\nImpact is evidenced by multiple contributions over time and performance demonstrates sustained level of contribution .\nComplexity:\nSuccessfully operates in complex disciplines in which the company must operate to be successful.
