The Data center Unit (QA) team is responsible for quality assurance of the various L2/ L3 domain areas for every release that being shipped to the Customer.\nBe a part of the team with highly energetic and talented engineers working in the areas of Switching and Routing. Will be responsible for high-quality deliverables by working with internal teams such as Development, QA, program management etc. Expected to build and sustain strong technical skills.\nWhat you’ll do:\nWill be responsible for providing solid support of Networking Products that involve customer-specific tests for a release, product, and solution. This\nrole requires to develop and maintain expertise on the products deployed within the Specific Customer Networks. The Candidate should have\nexpertise in networking fundamentals, L2/L3 protocols and hands on experience in both manual & automation of multi-dimensional scaled\nsolutions testing.\nWhat you need to bring:\nMust have strong Routing/Switching background.\n\nMust have strong experience with routers and switch architecture.\n\nMust be playing a strong technical role in the current position\n\nA clear understanding of the product development cycle, technical requirements with a strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices.\n\n10+ years of relevant test experience in Layer2/Layer3 technologies on any competitive devise set\n\nCandidate having Regression test environment/Tools exposure is an added asset.\n\nCandidate must have a strong record delivering software test projects on-time and with high quality\n\nA Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical / Electronics Engineering a Master Degree; or equivalent experience is required.\n\nCandidate must possess good oral and written communication skills, be highly self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a team environment.\n\nKnowledge and Skills:\nDomain Knowledge: Cloud Provider/ Enterprise and Data Centre Technologies and AI/ML Data Center Network Technologies Networking Protocols: BGP, OSPF/ISIS, ARP, VLANS, MPLS, L3VPN, MC-LAG, LACP, L2VPN, VPLS, Multicast, NGMVPN, EVPN-VXLAN, GRE, IPSec, NAT, HTTP, NetConf, etc\n\nExperience with internet protocols: TCP, UDP, Ipv4/IPv6\n\nInternet Protocols: TCP, UDP, Ipv4/IPv6\n\nLayer 2 technologies, Spanning Tree, LAG, MC-LAG, Virtual Chassis\n\nCLOS Architecture, HA Design Concepts, EVPN\n\nTest Knowledge: Prepare Test Plans, Test Execution, Understanding of Complex Customer Networks.\n\nAutomation: Experience in automated test execution, ability to debug automation failures, and narrow down software issues from test results and logs.
