Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nDevelops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.\nApplies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Manages exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors. Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, manages and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members' work may involve strategic issues. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members. Typically reports to MG2 or Director. \nAdditional guidance/criteria: Manages and controls activities within a single country or a sub-region which is part of a larger geographical Region; Manages at least 4 employees and typically between 8 and 15 direct reports. Span of Control guidelines may differ from these numbers.\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage interactions across Sales, Delivery, and external partners to ensure effective execution of operational processes.\nPartner with Sales and Channel teams across the subregion to perform workload planning, volume forecasting, and resource alignment.\nOversee and coordinate end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.\nReview sales requests and ensure completeness and accuracy of required information, approvals, authorizations, and contractual terms.\nEnsure compliance with credit requirements, pricing guidelines, contractual requirements, and multivendor processes.\nManage rework, business approvals, operational controls, and audit requirements while ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.\nOversee renewals, month-end activities, operational quality, and escalations.\nMonitor key operational metrics, including Turnaround Time (TAT), Accuracy, Revenue Protection, and Disputes, and drive corrective actions as needed.\nLead quality audits, operational reviews, and internal control activities.\nDrive resolution of complex operational and system-related issues, including issues within SAP S/4HANA environments.\nLead process improvement, operational excellence, and automation initiatives.\nPartner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, BDCs, IT, Finance, Delivery, and external partners.\nLead and develop multinational teams across LATAM, ensuring effective performance management, coaching, workforce development, and employee engagement.\nMaintain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction while effectively managing escalations and business priorities.\nEducation and Experience Required\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nTypically 5+ years of people management experience, including leading teams responsible for business operations and internal operational processes.\nProven people management experience, including leading teams and managing operational processes.\nStrong leadership capabilities, including coaching, team development, performance management, and conflict resolution.\nAdvanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation, presentation, and influencing capabilities.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex operational issues and drive them to resolution.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with SAP environments, including SAP Legacy and SAP S/4HANA, and/or Salesforce.\nExperience with Quote-to-Cash, order management, sales operations, or similar end-to-end business processes.\nAdvanced project management skills, including planning, risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring.\nExperience leading process improvement, operational excellence, or automation initiatives.\nGreen Belt or similar process improvement certification.\nWhat We Can Offer You:\nHealth & Wellbeing\nWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.\nPersonal & Professional Development\nWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
