Partners with L&D Business/Function, HRGO, Centers of Expertise, and/or other internal and external partners and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning of training and related programs. Identifies requirements of training products and/or services, and manages the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives. Plans and develops training programs and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs, and to ensure the quality of design and development of training and operations on behalf of the company. Develops and maintains client, partner, and stakeholder relationships through partnering, coaching, and facilitating to identify, prioritize, and implement development solutions, operational systems, and processes.\n Management Level Definition:\n Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
