The Program Manager will serve as the central point of leadership and accountability for program execution, balancing priorities, managing risks, resolving interdependencies, and aligning program outcomes with business objectives. The program has evolved to a focused portfolio of 40+ initiatives that are high-value growth levers designed to create\na repeatable revenue engine across Sales, Services, Partners, Operations, Finance, and IT.\nThe Project Manager will serve as the driving engine for Project Forge, holding workstream owners accountable to development execution,\ngovernance, accountability, adoption, and value realization across the initiative portfolio. This is not a traditional project manager role.
