Work consists of designing, developing, analyzing, troubleshooting and debugging systems, software and solutions for research and/or research development of product, services, and solutions for HPE’s portfolio. Responsible for creating and communicating technical strategy within the organization and/or across the function.\nManagement Level Definition:\nContributions include applying developed subject matter expertise to solve common and sometimes complex technical problems and recommending alternatives where necessary. Might act as project lead and provide assistance to lower level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide best practice advice from your network experiences, design development, contribute to high level and low level network documentation, test plans and functionality guides for new networks. \nDeliver technical knowledge transfers about Juniper equipment, configuration, new products, design guidelines, etc• Provide proactive activity assistance and change recommendations for HPE Juniper equipment \nParticipate in testing and validation workshops, detailing methods and procedures for executing changes to the Customer’s existing network design and technical requirements, assessing pros and cons of ideas. \nCarry out lab testing of new features and functionality or test corrective fixes required in the Customer environment; build automated topologies; develop and review implementation plans and verify they are operating accurately in the live network.• Understand the organisational structure of the working environment and become familiar with the Customers network implementation, architectural principals, and Support processes and procedures. \n Assist the Customer to evolve Network Operating and Equipment Operating Procedures. \nDeliver weekly reports on progress updates to projects, issues or problems. \nContribute to quarterly technical reviews and advice on HPE equipment operation.\n\nEducation and Experience Required:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or other Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.\nTypically 4-6 years experience.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nExperience in providing implementation and technical support in large organisations which have many networking products from multiple vendors. \nDetailed technical experience in the testing, installation and operation of wired and wireless networks and security products.
