Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nThe Senior Linux & Kubernetes Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, support, automation, and optimization of enterprise Linux infrastructure and container platforms. The role focuses on Kubernetes operations, infrastructure automation, and ensuring the availability, performance, and security of critical customer environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and support enterprise Linux environments.\n\nDeploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.\n\nPerform system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.\n\nDevelop and maintain infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible.\n\nImplement and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.\n\nMonitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and security.\n\nLead technical incident resolution and root cause analysis.\n\nParticipate in ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.\n\nSupport continuous improvement and automation initiatives.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.\n\n5+ years of Linux administration experience.\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.\n\nStrong experience with Terraform and Ansible.\n\nGood understanding of container technologies and DevOps practices.\n\nExperience with virtualization technologies.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English.\n\nPreferred Technical Skills\nLinux (RHEL, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, SUSE)\n\nKubernetes\n\nDocker / Containerd\n\nTerraform\n\nTerragrunt\n\nHelm\n\nArgocd\n\nAnsible\n\nGit\n\nShell scripting\n\nVMware\n\nBasic networking and infrastructure knowledge\n\nWhat We Can Offer You:\nHealth & Wellbeing\nWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.\nPersonal & Professional Development\nWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
