Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nThe Services Engineering Supportability & Automation Program Manager represents Support Services Delivery in driving technical supportability, serviceability, telemetry, automation, and customer experience requirements into HPE offerings. This role leads complex, cross-functional Services Engineering programs and AI initiatives that improve product support, operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer outcomes.\nThe successful candidate is a recognized program management and technical subject matter expert who can influence senior stakeholders, lead global teams, navigate complex business environments, and deliver results across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Enablement, and Business Units.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and implement processes, operating models, and roles and responsibilities for product supportability and serviceability within Support Services Delivery.\nPartner with Delivery Readiness, Operations, Engineering, Enablement, Product Management, and Business Units to identify, prioritize, and implement supportability and serviceability requirements.\nLead technical discussions and cross-functional initiatives that improve product support, service delivery processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.\nDrive strategic programs focused on cost optimization, automation, telemetry, data, and artificial intelligence.\nTranslate business and customer needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable program outcomes.\nManage senior stakeholder relationships and represent Support Services Delivery in internal and external engagements.\nLead global internal and external project teams, generally consisting of more than 20 resources across multiple countries, while mentoring team members and promoting skill development.\nRequirements:\nFirst-level university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nTypically, 6+ years of experience in project management, program management, Services, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.\nPMP certification(preferred)\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs involving Engineering, Product Management, Operations, PMO, and business stakeholders.\nDemonstrated knowledge of product development and release processes, preferably within a technology or services organization.\nExperience managing global teams and distributed resources.\nDemonstrated success leading change, improving processes, optimizing costs, and delivering outcomes under pressure.\nExperience with data, telemetry, automation, artificial intelligence, or customer experience improvement initiatives is preferred.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nAdvanced knowledge of supportability, serviceability, technical program management, change management, and business planning methods.\nStrong understanding of end-to-end services processes, operational policies, service offerings, tools, and routes to market.\nSufficient technical knowledge of HPE products and product release processes to collaborate effectively with technical experts and business stakeholders.\nHighly developed problem-solving skills, business acumen, and ability to evaluate complex situations and data.\nExcellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to exercise significant independent judgment, establish direction, and drive accountability across organizations.\nAbility to lead, inspire, mentor, and develop diverse global teams.\nActive contribution to the Services Project Management profession and continuous improvement communities.\nAccessibility\nHPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
