Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nAs a Systems Software QA Engineer, you will take part in the design, development, and integration of the testing of complex software solutions that impact HPE’s products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and drive technological innovation to ensure high-quality, scalable software systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEngage with multiple project teams in all phases of functional and integration testing.\nManage relationships with internal and external development partners.\nReview and evaluate designs for compliance with standards, providing feedback to improve quality.\nOffer expertise in software architecture and contribute to cross-organizational projects.\nDrive the adoption of new technologies and innovative solutions.\nMentor and guide less experienced team members.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.\nTypically, 4+ years of experience in software development and testing.\nStrong proficiency in Python and automation frameworks.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes and storage concepts.\nProven experience in designing robust test plans and complex test cases.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\nEffective communication skills in English and local languages.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nExtensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and programming languages.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDeep understanding of software architecture for products and solutions.\nExperience designing and integrating software systems across multiple platforms.\nKnowledge of software testing methodologies, including writing and executing test plans, debugging, and scripting.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior management.\nAccessibility\nHPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
