Join us redefine what’s next for you.\nWhat you'll do:\nChampion customer-focused testing practices, ensuring the customer’s perspective influences product quality and decision-making.\nDesign, implement, and execute robust test strategies for HPE storage offerings and integrated solutions.\nRapidly gain expertise in external applications and validate integration feasibility with HPE storage products.\nCollaborate with Customer Engineering, Product Management and Development teams to understand features and come up with quick completion for\nAnalyze test results, debug failures, and drive issues to closure by working across QA, product management, and support teams.\nProvide input to functional and design specifications; contribute to design documentation.\nInfluence product quality by identifying coverage gaps, raising defects, and shifting testing upstream.\nDocument test strategies, workflows, and results; provide clear recommendations to engineering and leadership.\nExecute and lead project teams of testers, driving collaboration with internal and outsourced partners to ensure delivery of cost-effective, high-quality validation solutions.\nRepresent the testing team in all phases of larger, complex development projects and mentor less-experienced engineers.\nWhat you need to bring:\nEducation and Experience Required\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.\nTypically 5-8 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.\nKnowledge and Skills\nExpertise in Storage protocols(FC, ISCSI, NFS, SMB and S3 )\nHands-on experience with cloud, storage, and networking technologies, including Kubernetes and related ecosystems\nProficiency in virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and enterprise backup solutions.\nExpertise in multiple software testing tools, frameworks, and languages.\nAdvanced scripting skills (Python, Shell) for automation and efficiency.\nProficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems for multi-platform validation.\nExperience with industry-standard tools (JIRA, test management platforms, S3 IO writing tools).\nExperience with Analytics and AI Application simulation and workload generation.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to defect detection and resolution.\nExperience testing software systems across multiple platform types.\nProficiency in software testing methodologies, including test plan design, execution, debugging, and automation scripting.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
