Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nJob Family Definition:\nDesign, develop, integrate, and support enterprise solutions involving HPE hardware and software platforms working closely with account team, presales, services, alliances and others in the field.\nManagement Level Definition:\nThis role requires deep technical and hands-on expertise in areas such as Cloud, Automation, Containers, AI, Storage and Networking with a strong focus on customer engagements that involves workshops, PoC/Pilot, benchmarking, solution showcase etc. The ideal candidate will work independently with\nminimal guidance, understand customer requirement, build technical solution and drive customer engagement collaborate closely with field teams collaborating with engineering teams within the organization and BU engineering.\nThe ability to operate in the complex disciplines and provide highly innovative solutions along with leading and inspiring the teams is key.\nTravel to customer/partner sites is required, including international travel.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as a technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops, solution reviews, and architecture discussions.\nGather customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.\nBuild the technical solution in collaboration with engineers within team and organisation\nDeliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops for customers and partners.\nProvide advanced technical support during solution deployment, integration, and post-production phases.\nTroubleshoot complex customer issues and drive root-cause analysis to resolution.\nCollaborate with sales, presales, product teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption and customer satisfaction\nEducation and Experience Required:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.\nTypically 6-10 years experience.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nMandatory Skills\nStrong software engineering and programming experience needed to integration technical solutions\nDesigning and integrating software/Hardware systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture\nAbility to guide and mentor less experienced staff members.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
