Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nWhat you will do:\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Strategy & Execution\nLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science programs from ideation through production deployment.\nTranslate business objectives into executable program plans, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.\nEstablish governance frameworks, operating cadences, and reporting mechanisms for AI initiatives.\nDrive program execution across multiple teams while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, architects, product management, UX, and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.\nFacilitate alignment among technical and business stakeholders on priorities, scope, and delivery commitments.\nLead executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and strategic planning sessions.\nInfluence cross-functional teams without direct authority to achieve program goals.\nAI/ML Program Governance\nDevelop and maintain AI program plans, release schedules, and portfolio dashboards.\nEnsure adherence to AI governance, compliance, security, responsible AI, and model lifecycle management practices.\nMonitor delivery health, identify risks proactively, and implement mitigation plans.\nManage dependencies related to data availability, model training, infrastructure readiness, testing, and deployment.\nMetrics & Business Value Realization\nDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs), OKRs, and program success metrics.\nMeasure business impact including productivity, customer experience improvements, automation benefits, model adoption, and operational efficiencies.\nProvide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.\nAgile Delivery & Team Enablement\nDrive Agile program management practices across multiple teams.\nFacilitate PI Planning, roadmap reviews, sprint execution tracking, release planning, and retrospective activities.\nImprove delivery predictability, operational excellence, and organizational maturity.\nMentor project managers and junior program managers on best practices.\nStakeholder Communications\nPrepare executive-level presentations, status reports, business cases, and investment proposals.\nCommunicate program progress, risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leaders.\nServe as the primary point of coordination for complex AI initiatives spanning multiple organizations.\nWhat you need to bring :\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.\n8+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or PMO leadership.\n3+ years of experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Platform, or Digital Transformation initiatives.\nProven experience managing complex cross-functional programs involving engineering, product, and business teams.\nStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and product delivery frameworks.\nExperience building executive dashboards, governance mechanisms, and delivery metrics.\nDemonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across organizational boundaries.\nStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills.\nAccessibility\nHPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
