Join us redefine what’s next for you.\nWhat you'll do:\nManages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering.\nDevelops and directs development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.\nManages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plan and makes determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and development schedule.\nCommunicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules\nDrives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization.\nLeads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.\nLead Product Increment Planning and Preparation\nLeads and cooridnates security requirements, planning, processes, and deliverables to improve the overall security posture of HPC Firmware/Software deliverables\nLeads and owns firmware/software build, publishing, and release activities for the organization\nWhat you need to bring:\nMinimum 10+ years of experience inprogram management of embedded software or firmware or security programs.\nAgile Scrum Experience required.\nExperience with High Performance Computing Projects and Requirements\nPMP/PMI certification preferred.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.\nKnowledge and Skills:\nExtensive experience using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.\nExcellent analytical and problem solving skills.\nDemonstrated business acumen and successful experience managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language\nAbility to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.\nExperienced using Jira for Program Management and Tracking\nAccessibility\nHPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
