Open up opportunities with HPE.\nJob Description:\nWhat you will do :\nAI Governance & Compliance Leadership\nLead enterprise AI governance and compliance programs across AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and software engineering initiatives.\nEstablish and operationalize AI governance frameworks covering model lifecycle management, Responsible AI, model risk management, explainability, transparency, and compliance requirements.\nDrive adoption of AI governance controls across engineering and data science organizations.\nCollaborate with executive stakeholders to align AI innovation goals with compliance and risk management objectives.\nSoftware & Open-Source Compliance\nLead software compliance initiatives across product portfolios and engineering organizations.\nEnsure compliance with open-source licensing requirements, software supply chain policies, and third-party software governance standards.\nPartner with legal and engineering teams to review and remediate software compliance risks.\nAI/ML Lifecycle Governance\nPartner with AI engineers, data scientists, and architects to govern the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle.\nEnsure compliance checkpoints are integrated throughout data collection, model development, training, validation, deployment, monitoring, and retirement processes.\nEstablish governance processes for model documentation, reproducibility, auditability, and explainability.\nDrive implementation of model performance monitoring and drift management strategies.\nResponsible AI & Risk Management\nFacilitate Responsible AI assessments for AI-powered products and solutions.\nIdentify and manage AI-specific risks including model bias, fairness, transparency, explainability, privacy, hallucinations, and security concerns.\nPartner with legal, privacy, ethics, and security teams to establish controls that meet internal and external regulatory requirements.\nDevelop mitigation plans and track remediation of identified risks.\nRegulatory & Audit Readiness\nDrive readiness for internal and external audits involving software governance and AI systems.\nMaintain compliance evidence, documentation, audit trails, and governance records.\nCoordinate responses to audit findings and drive corrective action plans.\nSupport compliance with emerging AI regulations and industry standards.\nCross-Functional Program Management\nManage complex programs involving engineering, product management, AI research, data science, legal, security, and compliance stakeholders.\nEstablish program roadmaps, milestones, governance cadences, and executive reporting.\nLead strategic planning sessions, steering committees, and business reviews.\nManage risks, dependencies, and organizational change associated with AI and software governance initiatives.\nMetrics, Analytics & Reporting\nDefine and track key compliance and governance metrics.\nBuild executive dashboards that provide visibility into compliance posture, model inventory, risk exposure, remediation status, and operational health.\nPresent strategic recommendations and compliance insights to senior leadership.\nMeasure adoption and effectiveness of AI governance initiatives.\nWhat you need to bring :\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.\n8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering Operations, Compliance and Governance.\nExperience managing large-scale, cross-functional software or digital transformation programs.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and cloud-based software delivery.\nDemonstrated experience working with executive stakeholders and engineering leadership teams.\nAccessibility\nHPE is committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace and encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including those with disabilities.
