Join us redefine what’s next for you.\n What you’ll do:\nLooking for 2+ years of experience in supporting Aruba Products and Customers\nProvide pre and post sales Design and consulting services to Aruba-HPE teams, customers and partners for various technologies and solutions.\nProvide Complete services lifecycle for the customers including Plan, Design, Implementation, Migration and Optimization\nPlan: Creating customer requirement document and business outcome plan\nDesign: Creating high level and low-level design documents based on customer requirements\nImplementation: Preparing the installation plan includes Network implementation plan and Network ready for use plan\nMigration: Preparing migration including Method of Procedure and migration validation checks\nOptimization: Working on continuous improvement of network operations, uptime and security conformance.\nAbility to multitask and work independently when required, with little supervision or direction\nExcellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface to senior levels of the customer organization\nFormulate action plans (technical and operational) for analysing and resolving reported issues.\nSimulate customer designs in lab.\nParticipate in solution development and publications for knowledge base.\nWork effectively in a team environment including Aruba and Customer colleagues; QA, engineers, and field organizations.\nRequired to travel to customer sites for consulting, training purposes, business reviews.\nProvide Quarterly Customer Review meetings, providing technical status and recommendations\nWhat you need to bring:\nBachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering required.\nMinimum of three (2) years’ experience in customer-facing consulting and design experience required.\nMinimum of three (2) years’ experience with one or more of the following Aruba products;\nIAPs/Controllers, Airwave, ClearPass, Central, Aruba switches\nKnowledge of authentication protocols and servers required.\nUnderstanding & experience in configuring & troubleshooting VoIP protocols like SIP, SVP, H323 etc. required.\nDemonstrable experience identifying areas-of-opportunity for process improvement.\nDemonstrable experience in customer network design and implementation.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTechnical and consulting experience supporting networking products and solutions with advanced expertise in network switching, routing and security highly desired.
