The successful candidate is a strategic operator who combines strong program management expertise with exceptional stakeholder management, communications acumen, and organizational leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nCommunications Program Management\nLead planning of EO-wide communications programs and strategic initiatives.\nManage integrated communications roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.\nCoordinate cross-functional initiatives spanning executive communications, employee engagement, change management, events, and enterprise campaigns.\nDrive execution discipline and accountability across complex communications portfolios.\nGovernance & Operations\nDesign and manage intake, prioritization, and governance processes for the EO Communications organization.\nEstablish and maintain communications operating rhythms, planning cadences, and portfolio reviews.\nDevelop scalable processes, templates, workflows, and standards that improve team effectiveness and consistency.\nLead communications capacity planning, resource management, and workload visibility.\nPortfolio Management\nPartner with communications leadership to evaluate competing priorities and support resource allocation decisions.\nTrack portfolio performance and provide leadership-level reporting on key deliverables, risks, issues, and resourcing needs.\nEnsure effective coordination across dedicated portfolio leads, shared services, and communications specialists.\nSupport high-profile communications initiatives for EO leadership and strategic enterprise priorities.\nMeasurement & Insights\nDefine and manage communications measurement frameworks and reporting mechanisms.\nAnalyze effectiveness metrics, stakeholder feedback, and engagement data.\nDevelop executive-level dashboards and insights that inform decision-making and continuous improvement.\nStakeholder Leadership\nServe as a trusted advisor and partner to communications leaders and business stakeholders.\nLead cross-functional working teams without direct authority.\nDrive alignment among diverse stakeholders while managing competing priorities and organizational complexity.\nExperience & Qualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\n10+ years of experience in program management, communications operations, business operations, strategic planning, or related fields.\nDemonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with enterprise impact.\nExperience working with senior executives and leadership teams.\nStrong project and portfolio management expertise.\nExceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.\nAdvanced stakeholder management and influence skills.\nExperience developing governance models, operational frameworks, and business processes.\nStrong analytical and reporting capabilities.\nPreferred\nExperience in executive communications, corporate communications, Corporate Affairs, or Chief of Staff organizations.\nExperience supporting transformation, organizational change, or enterprise initiatives.\nExperience managing communications planning, measurement, and reporting.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and communications technologies.\nThe pay range for this role is $93,400.00 to $151,000.00 USD annually with additional\nopportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United\nStates of America candidates only).
