You should be comfortable presenting complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, influencing cross-functional teams and business partners, and driving opportunities from concept through successful implementation.\nResponsibilities:\n· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and help drive technical strategy and execution.\n· Stay current with the latest AI, software engineering, and networking technologies and industry trends.\n· Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust software systems and AI-driven solutions.\n· Lead development strategies, testing, and deployment of AI models and production-grade software applications.\n· Lead the integration of AI and software systems with external partners’ platforms, networks, and applications.\n· Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional teams.\n· Develop and maintain strong technical and working relationships with partner organizations.\n·\nSkills & Qualifications:\n· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.\n· Proven experience as a senior or experienced software engineer working on complex systems.\n· Strong programming skills in Go, Python, Java, or C++. Strong OS with Linux & Windows.\n· Solid experience with networking concepts and systems, including distributed systems, protocols, and performance optimization.\n· Understanding of REST APIs, gRPC API, HTTP, tokens (JWT), and authentication flows.\n· Understanding of Database, Cloud Infra, AI and machine learning, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision\n· Hands-on expertise with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.\n· Ability to lead end-to-end AI and software projects, from architecture and development to production and public availability.\n· Strong communication and collaboration skills, including experience working in Agile environments.\n· Experience with graphics technologies (OpenGL, Vulkan, DirectX) is a plus.\nEducation and Experience Required:\n· 6+ years of professional experience as an AI software engineer, software engineer, AI engineer, or in a similar role.\n· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.\n· Preferred (but not required): PhD in AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field.\n· Experience contributing to AI, data science, or software engineering research, including publications or applied research projects, is a plus.\nThe pay range for this role is $105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only).
