This data-driven approach allows for more accurate forecasting, risk assessment, and performance measurement, leading to better decision-making across the organization, positioning HP for long-term success and helping to accelerate growth.\nResponsibilities:\nAs a Financial Analyst Intern, you will work with a team to:\nProvide financial analysis for a function or business.\n\nPerform data extraction and analyzes data to make recommendations.\n\nHandle financial business issues.\n\nProvide analytics to business initiatives.\n\nDevelop an understanding of HP's financial processes and a working knowledge of the business.\n\nEducation and Experience Required (Objective Minimum Qualifications)\nCurrently enrolled in a four-year college and graduating with a bachelor degree in December 2027\nFinance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nPreferred Knowledge and Skills (Preferred Qualifications):\nPreferred majors include (but are not limited to) Finance, Accounting, and Economics\n\nBasic understanding of accounting processes.\n\nBasic analytical skills.\n\nGood business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).\n\nGood communication skills.\n\nGood teamwork skills.\n\nGood critical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nThe Program:\nOur future success depends on the innovation and fresh ideas students bring to HP, inc.
