The role partners closely with Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to drive data-based decision making, improve financial visibility, and support operational performance across a global environment.\nResponsibilities\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and month-end financial activities.\nPerform financial analysis and identify key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.\nDevelop and maintain financial models, reporting tools, and management dashboards.\nPartner with operational stakeholders to understand cost drivers and business performance.\nDeliver timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive summaries.\nSupport cost management, productivity initiatives, and operational improvement programs.\nParticipate in cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.\nDrive process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting standardization.\nCollaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.\nEducation and Experience Required:\nGraduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.\nKnowledge & Skills\nFinancial analysis and forecasting.\nVariance analysis and financial modeling.\nAdvanced Excel skills.\nData visualization and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).\nStrong business partnering and communication skills.\nProblem-solving and analytical thinking.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently.\nCross-Org Skills\nEffective Communication\nResults Orientation\nLearning Agility\nDigital Fluency\nCustomer Centricity Impact & Scope\nImpacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
