The SIE Associate Engineer (AE) analyzes defective supplies from the field for Falcon printheads (TIJ4 & Gen5i) and conducts system testing for change qualifications and quality issues. Additionally, the SIE AE compiles reports on supplies quality performance and defect findings.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nSupport engineers on product testing for qualification of change, quality issues and NPIs, including compilation and publishing of test result / findings \nPerform failure analysis on defective supplies return from the field or printer factory, including generate & publish failure analysis report on autopsy work done\nMonitor field performance of supplies and diagnose any abnormalities in the performance trend, including escalation of findings to engineering team to take further actions\nDevelop and work on improvement projects to enhance the productivity, issue detection capability or quality of the supplies\nCompile and publish management reports on supplies quality performance\nEducation and Experience Required\nDiploma in Engineering or possess equivalent experience\nExperience with data mining and analysis\nExperience with solving manufacturing and engineering problems\nDemonstrate competency in using excel and powerpoint software.\nStrong interpersonal skills\nAble to work independently as well as a team player\nCommunicate well in English both written and verbal\nGood analytical skills, detail-oriented and meticulous\nAble to work under stress and multi-task\nExperience with using or developing PowerBi dashboards would be an added advantage\nDisclaimer\nThis job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
