(1600 employees)\nManage key payroll cycle activities including interface monitoring, payroll input, payroll execution, controls and corrections, and post-payroll tasks including statutory filing.\nProvides excellent customer service to employees by responding to payroll inquiries with timely and accurate responses.\nStrictly meet all SOX procedures and control framework.\nSolves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.\nLeads moderate to high complexity projects, delivering professionally written reports, and supports the delivery of operational and strategic plans.\nSeek for continuous process improvement & automation, explore AI to drive task execution efficiency\nPartner effectively with local and global stakeholders, including HR, Controllership, Payroll Accounting, IT, and the external payroll provider\nSupport payroll audit and compliance inquiries by preparing documentation, explaining payroll outputs, reconciling data, and coordinating with payroll leadership and relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain and improve Romania payroll process documentation\nEducation & Experience Recommended\nFour-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.\nTypically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in payroll/HR administration, payroll processing, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.\n Knowledge & Skills\nStrong payroll administration and payroll processing skills\nExperience with SAP Payroll or ADP Global View is highly desired.\nUnderstanding of Romania payroll regulations.\nExcellent analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge\nExperience with Workday HCM and PECI interface is a plus\nExcellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills\nStructured and rigorous; efficiently using collaboration tools such as Teams.\nFluent in Romanian and English.\nDigital skills are a plus (AI, Intelligent Automation, PowerBI).\nFor candidates based in Poland, the base pay range for this role is 108,050 PLN to 163,800 PLN annually with additional cash compensation opportunities in the form of annual cash incentive bonuses.
