Identify and pursue new ACS opportunities, while also expanding relationships with existing clients. \nManage the sales process end-to-end, including building a strong pipeline, guiding product selection, pricing, and closing deals. \nDevelop business use cases and provide expert support to sales teams. \nAchieve sales targets and contribute to higher customer quotations, diverse business, and increased contract-value renewals. \nCollaborate with customers, internal teams, and industry specialists. \nStay ahead of the market by understanding ACS offerings and competitor strategies to position HP’s solutions effectively. \nBuild trusted, consultative relationships with clients, including senior executives, by understanding their industry-specific needs and challenges. \nEducation & Experience Recommended:\nBachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. \nMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role. \nProven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving pipeline and business growth. \nExperience managing sales processes and building customer relationships. \nStrong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. \nExperience working with cross-functional teams and leading complex sales cycles \nDemonstrated expertise in consultative solution sales and customer relationship management \nKnowledge & Skills\nDeep understanding of Advanced Compute product segments. \nAbility to build consultative relationships with clients. \nStrong business acumen and strategic planning skills. \nProblem-solving and execution abilities. \nEffective communication and organizational skills. \nAdaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and business models. \nFamiliarity with high-performance computing solutions and edge IT management is a plus. \nNew Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies-especially AI-to improve sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity.
