This role involves managing New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans, tracking progress, and mentoring less-experienced staff. The SCPM also identifies risks, creates mitigation plans, and lead improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nRepresent the supply chain function during New Product Introduction (NPI) within the product development core team.\nManage end-to-end supply chain activities throughout various product development phases, ensuring deliverables meet product launch dates.\nCoordinate with supply chain extended teams and ODM (Original Design Manufacturing)/CM (Contract Manufacturing) partners for predictable launches.\nLead cross-functional teams to execute program deliverables, meeting customer and business requirements.\nDevelop and execute plans for timely product and program introductions, while identifying and mitigating risks.\n Education & Experience Recommended\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.\nPMP/PMI certification preferred.\n8-10 years of experience in supply chain management.\nProficiency in project and program planning tools and software.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.\nProven experience in managing programs, communicating with stakeholders, and directing matrixed teams.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and local language.\nAbility to communicate program plans, proposals, and results effectively at senior management levels.\nExceptional team and project management skills.\nStrong technical knowledge across multiple business units and understanding of emerging trends.\nIn-depth understanding of supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver).\nImpact & Scope\nImpacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.
