We thrive in a work hard play hard culture.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nSupport the end-to-end sales process: lead qualification, CRM updates, proposal preparation, and follow-ups\nBuild and maintain accurate customer database\nPrepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline reviews using Excel and BI tools (Looker / Tableau is a plus)\nConduct market research and competitor analysis to support territory planning\nAssist in drafting client-facing materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, pricing quotes\nCoordinate sales events, client meetings, and demo schedules\nCollaborate with Marketing and Product teams on campaign-to-lead handoff\nAd-hoc projects to improve sales efficiency (e.g., process documentation, automation ideas)\nRequirements\n 6-month commitment - we're not considering part-time or shorter-term arrangements\nCurrently enrolled in or recently completed an undergraduate degree (any discipline; Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, STEM preferred)\nStrong command of written and spoken English \nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts); knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM is a strong advantage\nDetail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nImmediate availability or availability within 2-4 weeks is preferred\nBenefits\nAs one of the leading Web3 innovators, Hex Trust offers a front-row seat in the ever-changing blockchain & crypto industry.
