This hybrid role combines focused work with hands-on activities at test and deployment sites.\nWhat you will do\nPrepare and support system installation, commissioning, demonstrations and field trials.\nIntegrate hardware, software and communications components, and verify end-to-end operation.\nDiagnose issues using logs, measurements and structured testing; coordinate fixes with engineering.\nTranslate customer needs into clear technical requirements and actionable product feedback.\nDevelop deployment process, test reports, troubleshooting guides and operator documentation.\nTrain and support users, explaining technical topics clearly and setting realistic expectations.\nHelp improve system reliability, maintainability and ease of deployment.\nFollow site safety procedures and handle customer and technical information with discretion.\nWhat you bring\nHands-on experience in field engineering, systems integration, technical customer support or a related discipline.\nA practical foundation in electronics, embedded systems, networking or software troubleshooting.\nA structured approach to diagnosing problems across hardware and software.\nClear communication, strong documentation habits and ownership of follow-through.\nComfort working with customers and collaborating closely with engineers.\nWillingness to travel and take part in on-site deployments and field trials.\nUseful experience\nMaritime systems, robotics, sensors, industrial equipment or other demanding field environments.\nLinux, Python or scripting tools for diagnostics and test automation.\nTest planning, commissioning, operator training or technical demonstrations.\nLocation\nBased in Paris or Marseille, with a hybrid working arrangement.
