Your Tasks

  • Koordination von Terminen und Begehungen mit externer Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, Betriebsarzt und weiteren Beauftragten
  • Nachverfolgung von EHS-Maßnahmen sowie Überwachung von Fristen und offenen Aufgaben
  • Pflege von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Betriebsanweisungen, Unterweisungsnachweisen, Gefahrstoffkataster und Sicherheitsdatenblättern
  • Erhebung, Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung von EHS-Kennzahlen sowie administrative Bearbeitung von Arbeitsunfällen
  • Unterstützung des QMB bei den Managementsystemen nach ISO 14001 und ISO 45001, einschließlich Auditvorbereitung und Management-Reviews
  • Planung, Organisation und Dokumentation von Unterweisungen
  • Administrative Begleitung des Gefährdungsbeurteilungsprozesses
  • Organisation von Sicherheitskampagnen, Safety-Talks und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei Behördenmeldungen sowie der Verwaltung umweltrelevanter Themen und Fristen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Ausgeprägte Organisations-, Koordinations- und Dokumentationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte, selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Umweltschutz sowie in Managementsystemen nach ISO 14001 und ISO 45001 sind von Vorteil
  • Vertiefte fachliche Expertise oder eine Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit sind nicht erforderlich
  • Bereitschaft zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit dem QMB sowie zur Teilnahme an EHS- und ISO-Grundlagenschulungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
