engineering teams to deliver products from concept to launch.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking capabilities.\nAbility to balance strategic vision with execution details in fast-moving environments.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.\nComfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information.\nA deep sense of ownership with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.\nPassion for building products that solve real-world operational challenges at scale.\nGood to Have:\nExperience in logistics, supply chain, fintech, SaaS, or other platform-based businesses.\nExposure to AI/ML products, intelligent automation, or data-driven decision systems.\nFamiliarity with analytics platforms, workflow automation tools, and internal operational systems.\nUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, and system design concepts.\nExperience building products for internal
