Our mission is to provide the protection that makes this possible, for every worker, everywhere.\nJOB SUMMARY\nThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the pack/QA staging area in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders picked.\nHOURS\nThe standard work hours for 1st shift are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. When overtime is necessary, the schedule will shift to 7:30am to 5:00pm. Additionally, some Saturdays may be required, with hours from 6:00am to 2:30pm. Additional overtime may be necessary.\nJOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nEfficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the style, size and quantity of product is accurate.\nAssemble various types of merchandise for shipment.\nCarry or transport orders to shipping locations with material handling equipment.\nMeet company performance standards for productivity.\nOn a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment.\nConduct physical inventories as required.\nMaintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.\nAssist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.\nConduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.\nComply with OSHA Standards.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE \nHigh School Diploma/GED\nWorking knowledge in MS Word, Excel or similar computer software systems.\nAbility to accurately complete arithmetic computations to sufficiently perform duties of the job.\nQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED\nAttendance at work and punctuality is essential\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to communicate effectively\nThe ability to follow directions is extremely important\nRequired frequently: sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time as well as, kneeling, squatting, bending and reaching\nAbility to read and interpret documents\nMust be able to count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly\nCOMPENSATION\nStarting at $19 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off accrual, and 401(k) matching after one year of employment.\nHexArmor is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
