the Role:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Generative AI Lead to drive the development and implementation of enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead day-to-day development and implementation of Generative AI applications using Python and Azure AI services.\n\n- Build and enhance LLM-powered applications for enterprise business use cases.\n\n- Develop RAG pipelines involving document ingestion, data preprocessing, chunking, embeddings, vector search and response generation.\n\n- Implement prompt engineering techniques and optimize LLM outputs for accuracy, relevance and consistency.\n\n- Develop and integrate Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio functionalities into existing business applications.\n\n- Work with Azure OpenAI models and configure LLM-based application workflows based on defined solution designs.\n\n- Implement semantic search and vector database integrations to improve information retrieval.\n\n- Develop APIs and backend services to integrate GenAI capabilities with enterprise applications.\n\n- Troubleshoot technical issues related to LLM responses, retrieval accuracy, application performance and integrations.\n\n- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards and ensure quality of technical deliverables.\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.\n\n- Coordinate with solution architects, product teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide implementation estimates.\n\n- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improving response quality, latency and cost efficiency.\n\n- Support testing, deployment and production stabilization of GenAI applications.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 911 years of overall experience in software engineering, AI/ML or application development.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).\n\n- Practical experience building and implementing RAG-based applications.\n\n- Strong programming expertise in Python.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI Service.\n\n- Experience developing Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio integrations.\n\n- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search and document retrieval techniques.\n\n- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM integration and model evaluation.\n\n- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex or Semantic Kernel.\n\n- Experience developing REST APIs and integrating AI applications with enterprise systems.\n\n- Understanding of application deployment, debugging, performance optimization and cloud environments.\n\n- Experience leading developers, conducting code
